Workplace Stress & Performance

There is good stress and bad stress. The question is will the result propel you towards self development, grow out of the job, and move your life forward. This depends on how our learning style has been defined. Notwithstanding that you could be in a work unit where people have not asked themselves the reasoning they used to take the job.

1. Then how can people know how to succeed.
2. How does anyone know if the job can in fact be performed.
3. How can anyone know the why reason e.g. the whole point of the job in the 1st place.

Workplace stress can come in the form of environmental stress. An assessment of the environment to determine its psychological risk should be done. This may involve a stress test.

In many cultures the number of people diagnosed with hypertension related to the workplace is alarming. But not as alarming as the definition of hypertension; hypertension is a condition result of being exposed to lies. Hypertension is a condition result of being exposed to lies which hurt and are meant to hurt, destroy credibility, and seek psychological advantage usually over someone else. There are elements of the need to control the person and even control their movements.

We can assist in making sense of the world and master it.   Different stress that are rarely discussed include headache stress, muscle stress, arm and shoulder stress, and blackouts. These conditions are also medical symptoms of serious illness and need to be assessed in a fairly short period of time and medical referrals made. Take these symptoms seriously. Excert follows:   Headache is a frequent problem in the workplace and contributes to absenteeism and productivity loss. Disease-management programs targeting headache may reduce its impact on employees, employers, and society. A pilot study was conducted in an employer setting (J.P. Morgan & Co., Incorporated; four locations in New York City and two in Delaware) to evaluate a multimedia computer-based (kiosk) headache program.
